Kingsteignton Swimming Pool

The Pool is now closed and will reopen April 2018

Next prize Bingo session in support of the Pool- Tuesday 21st November. Eyes down for 7.30pm at Kingsteignton RBL Club, TQ12 3LH. Everyone Welcome!

As the sun goes down on another successful year at Kingsteignton Swimming Pool the committee would like to say a massive THANKYOU to all the volunteers who throughout the year work to support and keep the pool open.  For those of you who give up your time by working in the kiosk, maintaining the pool, raising funds, helping with the Kingscare session or in the swimming lessons, the pool would not survive without your help. We look forward to seeing you in 2018.

A warm friendly welcome awaits you! Come along and enjoy a unique experience in our 25 metre heated outdoor pool. Competitive entry prices and memberships available for adults and juniors. Free parking, hot and cold drinks, ice creams and confectionery is available from the kiosk. Why not hire the pool and BBQ for your private party?

Our adult visitors can learn to swim, choose from dedicated swim times, join our Aquafit sessions or lane swim to improve their stroke or train for an event.

We have two choices for junior swimming lessons; Intensive and a Swim School. Professionally lead teaching programs allow parents and family members to be in close proximity to their children when they are learning to swim. This is so important for a child who perhaps has little or no understanding of water based activities. This experience, not on offer at other pools. With parental supervision, our under 5 year olds have their own heated toddler pool. All areas are strictly monitored under the watchful eye of our qualified lifeguard team.

We cater for disabled and less abled visitors and are proud to be working with KingsCare who will have a dedicated session to encourage those who may not feel comfortable joining our normal sessions to be part of a group where they can attend to enjoy gentle exercise and socialise with friends .

Kingsteignton Swimming Pool was built in 1979 by the Community for the Community and continues to be run by volunteers.
