Book online

Welcome to our online booking system. Here you can book sessions securely and with ease in line with our new cashless payment policy. By operating an online booking system this ensures sessions are moderated correctly in line with current government guidelines on the COVID pandemic.

We are once again accepting cash transactions, although online booking/payment is preferred. Fun sessions and block bookings are to be done online before arriving at the pool. All pre-booked attendees will need to show booking confirmation to enter the session. We apologies for any inconvenience caused but hope you all understand the reasons behind these decisions.

Our booking system is quick, easy to use and most importantly secure. We use Bookwhen as our online booking partner and you may find that other venues use this system as well. In this case you can use the same login to access.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

How to book: Search and find the relevant session times and dates then select a ticket for that particular session. You will only be able to select a ticket if there are spaces available. Once the ticket or tickets for your selected session have been added to your basket you can proceed to checkout. You then have 8 minutes to complete the booking and purchase before the ticket reservation timeout and the tickets are available for anther users to purchase.

Payment: We use PayPal for our secure online payments so you can be confident in this trusted method. If you have a PayPal account, login to this when prompted and pay otherwise you may use a debit or credit card for the purchase as a guest.  There is a limit to 2 ticket purchases per session however you are able to make multiple ticket purchases for different sessions across different dates. Please note you will only be able to book session for up to a period of 2 weeks in advance.

Waiting List: If a session you wish to attend is fully booked you can go on the waiting list and if a space becomes available you will be notified by email in order of position on said waiting list.

Booking Confirmation: Upon making a successful booking you will get on screen confirmation and reference for your booking. You will also receive an email with confirmation of your booking including this reference code. Please ensure the correct details against your booking as you will need this confirmation on arrival to the pool to enter the session. If you do not get confirmation you have not secured a ticket and there was an issue with your purchase, most commonly the 8 minute checkout timer has expired in which case you will not be charged. In this case go ahead and select another ticket and proceed to the checkout once again.

Cancelling/Transferring your Ticket: Tickets can be cancelled at any time and we do offer a ticket transfer option that allows you to transfer your ticket to another eligible session on a different time/date. This will need to be done at least 24 hours before the booked session. You are only allowed to transfer a ticket a maximum of one time per original booking.

Create a Booking Account: If you are a regular swimmer and wish to create an account you can do so from the email confirmation after your first booking. This will allow you to login to the booking system and book other sessions without adding all your details again. Even easier than before.

Privacy of your Personal Details: Please note in line with the systems privacy policy your personal details are stored securely and any accounts that are inactive for a period of 24 months will be deleted automatically. Any personal details against that account will also be deleted. Refund Policy: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds however we do offer a ticket transfer option that allows you to transfer your ticket to another eligible session on a different date. You are only allowed to transfer a ticket a maximum of two times per original booking.
